We’ve heard that Circuit City has some financial problems but is this what they resort to? Ronald says he was sold an $1134.99 Nikon D90 DSLR camera. In the box however he found a D50 covered with D90 stickers and with a fake serial plate on it. Circuit City should have gotten him a new D90 camera or the money back. That sounds about right, right?
