This is one of the reasons I’ve been extremely gunshy about recommending Canon’s consumer products as of late (I’ve about had it with their PowerShot digital camera series, too). HP Q2610A Laserjet Printer Toner Cartridge (Black)

I got 3 years out of the original Cartridge, after seeing streeks starting to appear i checked $$$ for the Cartridge and bought it from Amazon. $$$ are average got the Cartridge fast poped it in and works like new.

4 Stars Lasts a long time
These cartridges aren’t cheap, but give great printout for a long, long time. I do mostly duplex (2-sided) printing, and the results are clear and sharp.
