4 Stars Be careful
The graphic on this item is deceptive. It shows a black cartridge but you only get the 3 color ones. You need to order black speratly. I found that out the hard way!

3 Stars Lots Left
Epson makes fantastic printing products. Here is the problem there is still lots$$$ of ink left in the cartridge when the printer tells you to change cartridge. After hearing this I cracked open about 10 C82 cartridges I have saved and was shocked to see that they all had ink left, and the worst of them were still 4/5 full (about 4 out of the 10). Here is what I suggest. Weigh a new cartridge on a postal scale; weigh one that you know to be empty. If the printer wont let you continue using a cartridge that you suspect still has quite a bit if ink left, get the weight and send it to epson and demand a prorated reimbursement.

i ordered the wrong ink and now i am stuck.

i am going back to office depot, so if i order the wrong item, i will be able to return it and get the one i need. the extra savings is not worth the hassel. there is no savings when i have to eat the whole amount and time.

5 Stars It’s True…Stick with the Original
I’ve tried many so-called suitable substitutes “guaranteed” to be as good as Epson. What a frustration to be working late at night, run out of ink and find that my suitable substitute streaks, skips and/or just doesn’t work. The guarantee doesn’t do me any good at 2 a.m. as I fiddle with it to try to get a readable product out of my printer!

5 Stars Why all the fuss?
Ok, I almost didn’t get this because of all the bad reviews, but I’m glad I did. Maybe it’s not the same as the old version and maybe it’s not as good, I don’t know because I’ve never owned the old version, but this one is great. It feels sturdy, looks nice, and does its job.

One complaint I saw over and over was that it had brown stitching as opposed to black. Personally, I love the brown stitching. It seems to give it a more retro appearance.

Don’t worry about the negative reviews. They are all from people who owned the first version. If this is the first time you’re buying this one, you won’t regret it.

The case is great. The price was very reasonable and I actually ended up buying a second case for all my DVD’s. The case is very sturday and well-made. I would recommend this case highly. The delivery was also very quick.

5 Stars Don’t believe the negative reviews, this is a great buy!
I got this free with my pepsi points, and at first was hesistant to do so because of some of the negative reviews. However, I am so glad I got it – it is a great product! There is plenty of room for my CDs, and the pages can be removed and moved around at will. Mine seems very sturdy and well crafted, and it looks nice. Don’t believe the negative reviews, this is great!

1 Star Case Logic Fans NO MORE!
We recently bought this online. The quality is no longer the same as the previous models of Case Logic koskin albums. The koskin is very thin, the stitching is poor, and they have substituted the 3 zipper sides of the album with nylon except they don’t tell you online, not on Amazon.com, [...]. And what is up with the brown stitching on the black koskin?

Unfortunately, we bought ours via a vendor who will not take returns. Overall, very very disappointing. We were big Case Logic fans, not anymore. You can get other brands for a lot less, with better quality. Shoppers – you have been warned!
